Terms for using ResumifyMe

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ResumifyMe website, template browser, resume editor, AI review flow, and export tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResumifyMe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ResumifyMe provides a browser-based resume builder and cover letter builder with editable templates and limited AI-assisted review on the free tier. PDF export and extended AI sessions are available with a paid Daypass. Certain features require account registration.

3. Account & Registration

To access extended features — including extended AI review, document storage, and premium purchases — you must create an account with a valid email address. A limited free AI review is available without an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ResumifyMe for illegal activity, fraud, abusive automation, security testing without authorization, or attempts to bypass usage limits or protective controls.

5. AI Features

AI-generated suggestions are provided as drafting assistance only. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all final resume content before using it in real applications.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the information you enter into the service, including resume content, profile details, uploaded assets, and exported documents. Make sure it is accurate and lawful.

7. Third-Party Services

ResumifyMe does not display third-party advertising. The service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, AI processing, analytics, or support functions.

8. Intellectual Property

The ResumifyMe product, interface, branding, template system, and related materials remain the property of ResumifyMe or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service.

9. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific hiring outcomes, or suitability for every employer, country, or role.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumifyMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ResumifyMe after an update means you accept the revised version.
