This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle service-related data when you use ResumifyMe.
We may process the resume content you enter, uploaded assets, browser-local draft data, basic device or request metadata, account information from your sign-in provider (such as your email address and name), and support messages you send us.
We use information to provide the editor, generate AI review responses, keep drafts usable on the same device, improve reliability, and reduce abuse of the free service.
Some features rely on third-party providers for hosting, AI inference, storage, payment processing, or operational support. For example, when you request AI review, the resume content you provide is transmitted to a third-party AI inference provider to generate feedback. Payment details are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card information. Data needed to run those features may be processed by those providers on our behalf.
ResumifyMe does not display third-party advertising, and we do not run ad networks or ad-tracking scripts on the service.
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain reliability, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid entering highly sensitive information you would not want processed by third-party services.
Drafts are stored in your browser and optionally linked to your account when logged in. You can clear local data, delete your account, or stop using the service at any time. You may also contact us about privacy requests where applicable.
ResumifyMe is an online service for a global audience, so information may be processed in countries other than your own through our infrastructure providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
